Mad rush for Becca

Four international music producers who witnessed Becca’s live performanc at the National Theatre recently have expressed interest in the artiste and are ready to sign a good contract with her management to be her managers and producers.

The producers decided to sign on the artiste because they were overwhelmed by her live performance and her music videos.

The producer who will succeed in signing on Becca would also be in charge of the sale and distribution of all her musical works across the world.

The management of Becca is currently studying proposals from the various music giants in order to take a decision.

“I do not want to rush in getting good deal or contracts for Becca because we are still grooming her to reach a certain level in the music industry. We want her to hit the international music market to compete with those there,” said Kiki Banson, her producer.

Becca’s creativity and stagecraft thrilled most foreign music lovers who witnessed the musical concert, dubbed “Night With Naija”, which featured top Nigerian stars like P Square and D’Banj.

Becca shocked everybody including her producer Kiki and management of Kennis Music from Nigeria with a show-stopping performance. All said and done, her live performance was well put together and great by all standards.

Getting on stage to entertain is the thing Becca knows how to do best.

Her maiden album has consolidated her presence on the local scene. Some of the songs on the album became popular from the very day they were aired.

Kiki Banson, who is the Chief Executive Officer of EKB Records, told Beatwaves that Becca’s work would be launched together with the latest album of the internationally-acclaimed South African music legend, Hugh Masekela, who would also feature on Becca’s album by the end of next month.Becca’s record label, EKB Records and Chisa Records (Hugh Masekela’s) in South Africa are collaborating to have some world tours and an album as well.

EKB Records is aiming at distributing Becca’s album in Sierra Leone, Nigeria and other West African countries. The production team comprised of Kiki and Kwame Yeboah, supported by Nana Fynn and Johnny Fingers.
