Max Wone Me Baby

Max Wone Me Baby - Mad Fish Mad Fish recently celebrated the release of his debut album, Max (Wone Me Baby). Listening to his music puts you under a palm tree on a beautiful beach or wherever you want to be. He uses so many incredible lyrics in his tracks.

?Max (Wone Me Baby)?, the original version which has got this South African rhythm opens the album. Mad Fish wants the world to know the reasons behind the song. ?I sang it to my wife, Maxine who has been very helpful in the release of this album?. The chorus is beautifully done by Ama Ba. Infact, this is the song for the big moment.

Second on the album is ?Meko No Sei A? which talks about girls who like playing tricks on their partners. The most featured raglife artiste now, Batman featured on this track alongside Ama Ba doing the chorus again.  This track has got some highlife and hiplife beats in it which will move you to your feet.

?Ankwasima Dede? featuring Paa Sammy is a love song and is the third on the album. This highlife song praises all women who help their husbands and boyfriends.

?Sugar Daddy? is a strictly dancehall song which has got some ?wicked kicks? (lyrics). This tune directly cautions all the Sugar Daddies going after the young girls and advises them to put a stop to it.

?Max (Wone Me Baby)? remix which was made by Ghana?s No. 1 Sound engineer, Jay Q follows next.  Again, Batman and Kofi Nti help him out. It has the ?Gome? beat blended with some South African beats and is again dedicated to Maxine. This one has that very functional and typical jama touch. It really gets the crowd moving anytime it is being played.

?Me Filli Wo? a hardcore song but not profane closely follows. This is about a guy who loves a girl who is so proud and arrogant .He hopes she could change her behaviour so that he could get closer to her. It features Ras Nigga and Twinzy, a Liberian rapper.

?Adi Nye Wo? comes seventh on the album and has Ama Ba doing the backing vocals. It goes to all his enemies who have hated him and thought that he could never come out this big.

Lastly is ?Ladies? which highlights on ladies who cheat on their guys. The message is that they should put a stop to it. Twinzy and Batman did so well on this track. It is an R&B/Ragga tune that can be listened by all ages, both young and old.

Ghana Music.Com asked what he thinks about the album after everything was finished and putting on the market and he answered by saying ?I think with Jah?s guidance this album came out at the right time and is already been lauded as a hit album in Kumasi?.

To me this album is perfectly produced. The fusing of South African rhythms, Gome and Jama beats will definitely please the fans out there.
