Mr. Franklyn Wiafe Agyekum the manager of High-life artiste turned pastor Ofori Amponsah has refuted the claim that his artist is about to release a secular song on the market.
Franklyn Wiafe set the record straight that Ofori Amponsah is not a secular musician and has never done a secular music before.
Speaking in an interview on Ashh fm E-Zone last Sunday 2nd August, 2015, he revealed that the singer will remain a pastor and still give back to his fans.
According to him, singing about love between a man and a woman is accepted by God, is biblical move but not a satanic one. “And again Ofori has never done secular music, and he is not releasing a secular song, people must get it clear and stop confusing themselves’’ he added
“Ofori Amponsah is coming back with a pure highlife song as he used to do but this time round the lyrics will change,” he stated.
He said the modus operandi of Ofori will transform unlike his previous life,’’ if ofori used to smoke and sip alcohol before performing on stage or compose music this time it will change’’.
Mr. Agyekum called on Ghanaians to rally behind his artist and said their doors are open for any recommendations.
“I can assure our fans that the song will be ready in the next three weeks’’ he added
