Record label can't survive without good management - Richie

Richie Mensah but popularly known in the Showbiz Circles as Richie, the CEO of Lynx entertainments, sound engineer and Singer believes that a record Label can't survive without good managements and talents.

According to the "Yaro’’hitmaker, showbiz can’t be successful if there are no experience topnotch best players to help assist the record Label.

Richie, who is a musician with a number of hit songs like Frema, Yaro, Intoxicated with Sway, e.t.c stated clearly in an interview with Worshipper, the host of work and happiness on A1 Radio on the topic of Record label and artiste managements.

Richie emphasized that a record label needs, at least, three things to survive which he said Good managements, excellent talents, and discipline.

According to him, a record label needs an artiste who surely knows the kind of music he or she is doing and should make sure the style is unique

Also to the issue of good managements, he lamented on the issue of having a team with unique marketing techniques to send the songs to the wider audience.

Richie also cautions aspiring artiste aside the talents; they should be able to have a good image that can represent them and also a discipline that will enhance their career to the highest stage.
