The latest hiplife sensation is undoubtedly Wutah, and as their lyrics suggest, they have big dreams which have started coming to reality.
The duo were nominated for several awards at the just ended Ghana Music Festival, but managed to take two awards home. One of the awards they received was the reggae song of the year.
The group came to the lime light early last year with its first hit song ?Goozy Gander? which was an instant success on the radio.
Wutah has come a long way since putting their music on the market last year, endearing themselves to the hearts of music lovers for their smooth singing and also witty dancehall style.
The duo have an admirable calm disposition towards life and remain humble and non- regardless of the fame and money. It might interest readers to know that the Wutah boys are pursuing tertiary education at the University of Ghana.
According to Wutah Risky, the hoarse voice member of the group, they took the music business seriously after they gained admission to the university although they had been nursing their plans since their secondary school days.
The group won the admiration of music lovers with their reggae song titled ?Big Dreams? which is a classic piece that compares with any international album. It was not surprising that the song Big Dreams went as far as Jamaica and received tremendous patronage.
It is expected that Wutah will continue to make good music and possibly become one of Ghana?s artistes whose music will attract international patronage.
