Contestants of the just ended reality TV show last Tuesday received their prizes. The show, dubbed ‘Stars of the Future’, sought to explore the musical talents young men and women had been endowed with.
The prizes were donated by MTN, PHC Motors, Coca Cola, Close up, Castle Milk Stout and Somovision. The 10-week programme was organized by Charter House.
Adina, who emerged the winner, was presented with a brand new saloon car, a recording contract at EKB Records where Becca, a popular music star records her songs, and a two-year managing contract.
The first runner-up, Anita, was presented with a cheque of GH¢800 and a hamper, the second and the third runners-up, Daniel and Ike, were also presented with a cheque of GH¢400.00 and a hamper each.
The rest of the contestants who were evicted - Sheila, Deborah, Stephanie, Adwoa, Joe, David and Max Joe - were presented with GH¢200 and a hamper each.
The CEO of Charter House, Mrs. Iyiola Ayoade, commended the contestants for participating in the competition and urged them to go as worthy ambassadors whose exemplary lives would be worthy of emulation by the youth.
She also advised them to attach seriousness to whatever they had learnt in the competition, because “it is going to pave way for many opportunities to come your way.
