Stephen Asare Joins Gospel Train

Elder Stephen Asare’s dream of joining the gospel train has come true with the release of his maiden album Osoro Kasa.

Although he is new, he is certain to make a great impact with this album and likely to become the favourite of most gospel music lovers.

Elder Stephen Asare started singing at a tender age of 12. He and his friends later formed a singing group known as The Adom Honesty Singers of which he was the leader.

Elder Stephen Asare later got converted into the Church Of Pentecost which he says “Is a strong Bible believing church. He is now an elder with the Church Of Pentecost, Gbawe District English Assembly.

Osoro Kasa opens as a slow paced prayerful song and the clarity and strength of Stephen’s voice makes his call on the Lord to speak so that all his problems would come to an end very powerful.

Another prayerful song on the album is Kye Me Ma. He calls on the Lord to fill him with the Holy Spirit, since he has offered his body as a temple for Him.

This song has the potential of being a hit and likely to shoot him to fame. Odo Fo Ada is another impressive song that reminds us about the end time.

Stephen sings about Christ coming to take His people home. This song will become the favourite of many gospel lovers and DJ’s.

Even though not famous yet, this song may be heading towards the top of the chart and it will touch the heart of anyone who listens to it.

Other soul inspiring and motivational songs on the album are Ma Ogya Mbra, Wo Ye Kese, Mennsan Mekyi, Beko Ma Yen and Ma Metim.

His desire is that those who listen to these songs will get their healing and heart desires. Born to the late Mr D. K. Asante and Madam Grace Arhin in Gomoa Brofo, Stephen attended Obrachire Secondary Technical School and continued at Accra Polytechnic where he offered HND in Marketing and completed in 2002.

All songs were composed and sang by him and he was backed by Sandra Essah, Grace Koomson, Bright Opoku and Joseph Ayitey. The album is being distributed by Lucky Sounds, Kantamanto in Accra.

Elder Stephen Asare says he is very grateful to God, Apostles, Pastors, Elders, Deacons and Deaconesses as well as the entire members of the Church Of Pentecost, Gbawe English Assembly. And also to his wife Millicent Aboagyewa Asare and his family for their encouragement.
