Two games will be played in the Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division II later tonight at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu. Junior Rangers will be in action against Junior Reformers in the opening game at 17:00 GMT before Panthers play against home side Spartans.
The pair of ties are interesting fixtures in a league campaign that is living up to its reputation as an exciting outlet on the Ghanaian basketball scene.
Reformers and Rangers are separated on the standings by seventh placed Panthers with the former and latter placing fifth and seventh respectively.
However, both teams are not in the best form after starting the season on good notes with Reformers losing two of five games and Rangers dropping two straight games following a two game winning start to the campaign.
Same can be said about Panthers who dropped to Navy Warriors in surprising fashion recently with Warriors featuring in the tie with just a win under its belt at the time.
Up against a Spartans side that recorded its first win of the campaign in five attempts, Panthers could be staring at another loss.
