Ablorh Sowah Beaten

BUFFALO, N.Y. --Philadelphia's Zahir Raheem beat Ablorh Sowah of Ghana, scoring a technical knockout at 1:40 of the fourth round when referee Charlie Fitch stopped the fight. Raheem, ranked eighth by the WNC among super featherweights, improved to 23-0, with 13 knockouts.

Raheem dominated much of his fight, winning it with a series of blows with Sowah backed up against the ropes. Sowah (17-5-1) dropped to a knee for the second time in consecutive rounds and got up before Fitch waved the fight over.
