Banku mounts the ring in August for a title fight

Is been almost a year since undefeated Ghanaian Boxer Braimah Kamoko mounted the ring, but reports gathered by Sportscrusader.com have it that Bukom Banku is close to a title fight before the year ends.

According to Alex Ntiamoah, CEO of Box Officer Promotions, his outfit has agreed to arrange a title bout for Banku in August against an unnamed Filipino boxer.

Although negotiations between Banku and Box office have reached a crescendo, monetary negotiations are yet to be agreed upon by the undefeated Ghanaian boxer ahead of the bout.

“We have spoken to Banku for a title bout against a tough Filipino, but is left with the money, and we will make sure we settle the money issues by the end of this month so that we can bring the boxer, Alex Ntiamoah told Sportscrusader.com

“Banku has not fought the whole of this year and we are hoping to be the first promoters to give him a bout that Ghanaians will also enjoy in the long run,” he added.
