Game Boy drops four places in WBA ranking

Ghana’s Emmanuel ‘Game Boy’ Tagoe has dropped four places in the World Boxing Association (WBA) Ranking for May.

Tagoe for the past two years was ranked number 8 by the WBA in the lightweight division but now he is at the 12th position.

Tagoe’s dropped in th ranking came after he vacated the WBA international lightweight belt – a belt he held for close to two years.

The James Town born won the IBO lightweight belt last December after claiming a unanimous win over South Africa’s Mzonke Fana.
