Undefeated UK-based Ghanaian boxer, Isaac Dogbe, is already looking forward to fighting Guillermo Rigondeaux Ortiz in his next bout in order to fulfill his dream of becoming a world champion for Ghana.
Dogbe (13-0, 8KOs) showed some blistering speed, technique, skills accompanied with mental toughness in his last bout against Micheal Pappoe last Saturday in the bout touted as the battle of the rising star.
The trainer and father of Dogbe, Mr Paul Dogbe told sportscrusader.com that “my son has now risen to the star level, and he want to fight with Guillermo Rigondeaux Ortiz to prove his worth as a true undisputed champion”
Rigondeaux (16-0,10KOs) who is 35-year-old is the current lineal super bantamweight champion and rated as the undisputed champion in his division, and he is due to fight James Dickens on March 12, 2016.
Mr. Paul also thanked the fans of Dogbe who came out in their number to support, he further emphasized the readiness of his son to face any boxer who is ‘qualified’ to fight with him on any day.
