The largest global supplier of intelligent lock and security solutions, ASSA ABLOY, has unveiled its modern showroom at Osu in Accra.
This follows a successful four years of operations since the company entered the Ghana market. The company has launched the latest technologies to develop innovative solutions that have improved the lives of those Ghanaians who use ASSA ABLOYS’s products.
Apart from Accra, ASSA ABLOY has now opened branches in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region, Takoradi in the Western Region, and another branch will soon be opened in Tamale in the Northern Region of Ghana.
According to the Managing Director of ASSA ABLOY Ghana, James Nyagah, the company uses the “right quality of products and we give the customers value for their money. They no longer have to fly out to import these products.”
One in every 10 lock and security installations worldwide uses ASSA ABLOY products and this has motivated the company to expand into emerging markets, including West Africa.
ASSA ABLOY was formed in 1994 through the merger of ASSA in Sweden and Abloy in Finland. Since then ASSA ABLOY has grown from a regional company to an international group with around 44,000 employees.
