Alisa Hotels, has confirmed partnership with the 2015 Ghana Petroleum Consumer Choice Awards (PCCA Ghana) to host the 2015 event activities.
In a courtesy call on the General Manager of Alisa Hotels, Mr Marco Cecchi, by the PCCA Ghana Team, Mr Marco said that ‘the PCCA Ghana project is a national novelty that they are proud to be associated with seeing its good goals and objectives, and they are prepared to give the project a historic host’.
The Ghana Petroleum Consumer Choice Awards aka the Filling Station Awards (FiSA) is a prime celebration, inspiring excellence in quality service delivery at OMC Service Stations in the petroleum downstream sector of Ghana.
The Ghana Petroleum Consumer Choice Awards is purely a customer service awards that recognizes OMC Service Stations and stakeholder participants of OMC Service Stations, for exhibiting unusual and lasting commitment in giving the customer the best oil product and/or service, with the best processes, in the best environment.
The 2015 PCCA Ghana night will see OMC Service Stations and stakeholders recognized through the following award categories;
Capacity Awards: Best OMC Stations - Human Service, Best OMC Stations - Brand/Advertisement, Best OMC Stations - IT & Physical Infrastructure, Best OMC Stations - Environmental Suitability/Friendliness & Best OMC – Fuel Economy Adviser.
Product Quality & Quantity Awards: Quality/Quantity Super/Petrol Award (Normal Unleaded), Quality/Quantity Argo/Diesel Award (Normal Unleaded), Improved Fuels – Super/Petrol (Gold, Silver, Bronze), Improved Fuels – Argo/Diesel (Gold, Silver, Bronze), Best Fuel Card Service (Gold, Silver, Bronze) & Best Lube Bay Award.
Individual Awards: Most Customer Focused OMC Stations (Overall Best), Pump attendant of the year (Top 20 for the year),Station Manager/Supervisor of the year (Top 20 for the year), Corporate Social Responsibility Award (OMC Level), PCCA Special Recognition Award (Lifetime/Special Recognition/Need Improvement Award) & PCCA State & Stakeholder Award (State or Private Strategic Programme/ Intervention for fuel quality & quantity improvement at OMC Stations).
