Ghanaian gold miner Ashanti Goldfields Co Ltd said on Friday it had signed a new $100 million five-year revolving credit facility as part of its financial restructuring.
The miner said in a statement the facility had been arranged by Barclays Capital , Bayerische Hypo-und Vereinsbank AG, NM Rothschild and Standard Bank London Ltd.
The company also said it had won support for its financial restructuring from holders of 79.3 percent of its existing notes.
