BMCE Bank of Africa executive MD visits Ghana

Mr. Brahim Benjelloun Touimi, BOA Group Chairman and BMCE Bank of Africa Executive Managing Director has visited BANK OF AFRICA, Ghana to acquaint himself with the operations of the Bank in Ghana and to interact with Management to evaluate the bank’s strategies for the year.

His visit was a follow up visit to an earlier visit by the Chairman and CEO of BMCE Bank of Africa, Mr. Othman Benjelloun in March this year.

The high profile visits by the two leading officials of the Bank is testimony of the importance of Ghana in the Bank’s global strategy.

Whiles in Ghana, Mr. Brahim Benjelloun Touimi paid a courtesy call on the Governor of the Central Bank to discuss the consolidation plans of BMCE Bank of Africa on the African continent. He also interacted with the Staff of the Bank and pledged BMCE’s continuous support. He also took the opportunity to tour the new head office building located in the ultra-modern building, the Octagon.

Welcoming the Executive MD to Ghana, Mr. Kobby Andah, MD of Bank of Africa Ghana Limited said: “BANK OF AFRICA Ghana is positioning itself as leader in the retail market with the provision of tailor made products and services for our customers. Currently, the Bank has invested into consolidating its business and in a due course role out enhanced products to meet the changing needs of our customer base.”
