Broll Ghana to manage Achimota Mall and other properties

Broll Ghana, the country's premier formalised property management company, has added the newly opened Achimota Mall to its expanding portfolio.

Other properties secured this year are the Accra Financial Centre, Nester Square, National Communications Authority (NCA) Towers and the recently opened Law Courts Complex in Accra.

Mr Kofi Ampong, Chief Executive Officer of Broll Ghana, said: "Our passion is properties. It's our food and air. That's why no property is too big or small for us to manage. From niche residential complexes to modern shopping hubs and commercial nerve centres.

Broll Ghana's clientele spreads across the country and includes Atterbury/Sanlam (Accra Mall), Delico Investment (West Hills Mall & Achimota Retail Centre), RMB Westport (The Junction Mall), Social Security and National Insurance Trust, SIC Insurance Company, Ghana Shippers Authority (Shippers' House), Ernest Chemists (Nester Square), Check Point (Dreams Court), Judicial Services (The Law Courts Complex), Kasapreko Ltd (Amenfi and Nicholas Plazas), Agridev (Accra Financial Centre), MTN Ghana (MTN properties nationwide) and A&C Development (A&C Square).

Others properties under Broll Ghana's management are World Trade Centre, Polo Court, Bertha's Court, Brandford Charles, Cascade and the Ridge Tower Building.

The Achimota Retail Centre is a single level mall located in the northern part of Accra and opened on October 29.

It is a 14,500 square meter development and would serve residents within Achimota and its environs.

It is situated between Phyto-Riker (GIHOC) Pharmaceuticals and the Achimota Office of the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) on the Achimota-Ofankor Highway.

The facility is anchored by Shoprite and Palace with more than 40 frontline retail shops. Current tenants include Shoprite, Jet, Palace, Stanbic Bank, X Base, Basilissa, Starlite, Mr Price, Surfline and Telefonika.

The Accra Financial Centre is a 14,080 square meter facility strategically located in the financial hub of downtown Accra – offering tenants secure office space with A-grade finishes, state-of-the-art IT infrastructure and superior amenities.

The Centre is within walking distance of basic services such as hotels, conference facilities, health clubs and restaurants, and is situated approximately 6km from Kotoka International Airport.

The facility is designed to meet international health standard and safety requirements and offers tenants value-added safety and security benefits.

The 27,000 square meter ultra-modern courts complex is made up of "42 High Courts, comprising 10 land courts, 10 commercial courts, six criminal courts, six general jurisdiction courts, three divorce and matrimonial courts, two financial and economic courts, two human rights courts, two labour courts and a Probate and Administration court".

Additionally, the complex has banking facilities cafeteria, library, an auditorium, media centre and a business centre.

The 7,200 square meter Nester Square is an 8-storey tower ultra modern mixed retail and office complex located in the heart of Airport City, Accra.

It has a total lettable retail space 3,615 square meters and total lettable office space 3,500 square meters.

The NCA Towers is a newly built 10- storey office complex also situated at the Airport City in Accra for the National Communications Authority. Total office space is 10,800 square meters.
