The Executive Chairman of the McDan Group, Dr. Daniel McKorley, has challenged Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) and business leaders in Ghana to build effective systems and structures in order to grow successful businesses.
Speaking at the just-ended 8th CEOs Summit in Accra, Dr. McKorley, who was among the business leaders who received awards, stated that systems and structures ensure business efficiency.
Dr. Daniel McKorley, a serial business award recipient, received the CEO of the Year (Aviation Sector) & Salt Sector with McDan Aviation & ElectroChem Ghana Ltd respectively.
The CEO Excellence Award-Honours component of the Summit highlights and commends the accomplishments of CEOs and businesses, emphasizing their success, innovation, leadership, and contributions to the economy.
This year’s event was under the theme “Reigniting Business and Economic Growth: Charting a Path Forward; Economic Diversification and Artificial Intelligence Transformation. A Private-Public Sector CEO Dialogue and High Impact Learning.”
It is organized by the Chief Executives Network Ghana in collaboration with Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Ministry of Public Enterprises, Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC), State Interests and Governance Authority (SIGA), University of Ghana, and Multimedia Group.
Over the past five years, the summit has been a pivotal platform for driving impactful change and shaping economic policy.
