Madam Gwen Addo, a renowned hair entrepreneur, says maintaining trust with your consumers and remaining consistent are the cornerstones of success as an entrepreneur.

According to Madam Addo, CEO of Hair Senta, everyone can start a business, but not everyone is ready to stick around when times become tough. She urges aspiring entrepreneurs to remain firm in their business decisions.

She went on to say that as an entrepreneur, providing solutions to people's emotional difficulties can also help your business succeed.

Madam Gwen also urged young entrepreneurs to focus on building a brand that distinguishes them in the market in which they operate so that they may be noticed.

"When I first started a business, the major mistake I made was making the business about me. You can't build a business solely about yourself. You have to think about the people you are going to sell to.

"So I started with products I felt the market did not have, and I brought in something different. Interestingly, it did not work over a five-year period. So I understand the client and market are key to being successful," she said.
