Accra, Dec. 29, GNA - The Customs, Excise and Preventive Service (CEPS) would remain open for business on Saturday, December 31 and January 2, an official statement issued in Accra on Thursday said. The statement issued by Major-General Richardson Baiden, Commissioner of CEPS, asked the business community to take note. "Importers, clearing and forwarding agents, travellers and the entire business community are therefore requested to note that (CEPS) officers will be available during the New Year break to process and clear goods at the ports, stations and all offices," the statement said.
