CIMG to improve OMC-Station staff

The Chartered institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG), would on annual basis help to improve the customer service capacity of Oil Marketing Companies service station pump attendants and supervisors/mangers.

This would be done in partnership with Ghana Petroleum Consumer Choice Awards (PCCA Ghana).

In this direction, CIMG and Purple Energy Ghana, the main collaborator of the Awards had put together joint training modules for the CIMG PCCA Service Improvement Programme (CPSIP).

The CIMG PCCA,CPSIP is a free annual investment commitment by PCCA Ghana purposely for OMC service station pump attendants, supervisors/managers that would emerge among the PCCA top 20 best Pump Attendants and Service Station Supervisors/Managers.

The CSIP for OMC service station staff is a certification programme innovated to address prevailing customer service concerns and brand issues at the service pump level of the downstream oil industry.

The three-day programme is schedule to take off after June 27, the proposed date for the PCCA main awards event.

The Ghana Petroleum Consumer Choice Awards also known as the Filling Station Awards is a prime celebration, inspiring excellence in quality service delivery at OMC Service Stations in the petroleum downstream sector of Ghana.

The Ghana Petroleum Consumer Choice Awards is purely a customer service awards that recognises OMC Service Stations and stakeholder participants of OMC Service Stations, for exhibiting unusual and lasting commitment in giving the customer the best oil product and/or service, with the best processes, in the best environment.
