The General Manager of Adinkra City Projects, Mr. Eric Asheley has underscored the need for business owners in the hospitality and food industry to employ professional working methods to ensure customer satisfaction.
The hospitality industry he said, is one that relies entirely on customers’ being happy hence the need for practitioners to be guided by that principle in providing luxurious services but at an affordable rate.
The industry he added concentrate heavily on providing an excellent level of service for customers and in doing so, it must employ highly and professionally trained staff to give the customer the satisfaction they want.
Adinkra City, is an edifice par excellence, sprawled on a 20 acre piece of land off the Kasoa/Bawjiase stretch, near Awutu Bawjiase in the Central region of Ghana.

He said improving your own service skills and that of the staff can help improve upon the business.
