Daniel McCauley, Frank Adu named in Team Ghana Customer Service survey

Mr. Frank B. Adu, Managing Director, Cal Bank Ghana, has been voted as Most Customer Focused Managing Director of the Year, with Dr. Daniel McCauley, Chairman of McDan Group of companies voted as Ghana Customers Most Admired Business Leader of the Year, respectively in a survey by Team Ghana Customer Service in advance of the Ghana Customer Service Week on October 2019.

The Ghana Customer Service Week is a week long opportunity to raise awareness of Customer Service and it's impact on successful and sustainable business practice and the growth of Ghana's economy, to mark the International Customer Service Week Celebrations, every first week of October.

The 2019 Ghana Customer Service Week will be observed from Tuesday, 1st To Saturday 7th of October 2019, under the Theme: The Magic of Customer Service Excellence in a competitive business environment and a challenging economy.

Every year since 2011 Ghana have joined the rest of the world in celebrating Customer Service week.This is an important international celebration that aims to create awareness on the importance of Customer Service as a suitable business practice globally.

The Ghana Customer Service Week is very significant in supporting and improving service delivery in the country.

The Ghana Customers Service Week is organized by Team Ghana Customer Service, a multi stakeholder entity, working towards the development of Customer Service in Ghana, for business growth and economic sustainability, under the leadership of Mr. Hector Wulff, The National Customer Service Advocate.
