A Co-Founder of Ghana Property and Lifestyle Expo, Victoria Agyekum, has advised diasporans and Ghanaians to have confidence in acquiring properties in Ghana, especially through her platform.

She stated that for the past eight years, real estate agencies, through her platform, have provided a safe and reliable avenue for investors.

According to Victoria, people are satisfied with their track record, which has reassured many potential investors, offering them confidence that their money will result in tangible and valuable property investments.

“People are scared. They love Ghana and want to invest, but knowing who to trust and where to go is challenging. Many people have said, 'Oh, I wish you were here ten years ago when I lost money, sometimes with family members, not with the real estate developers.' So, I feel they are confident that when they hand over money, they are going to have a good property at the end of the day. We are proud to say that in the past eight years, anyone who has bought from our platform has been able to achieve a property at the end.

“I think what they need regarding affordable housing is private and public partnership, tax breaks to ensure that developers have incentives to build more affordable homes,” she said.
