As part of efforts to reward loyal customers, Ecobank Ghana has launched the ‘Ecobank Million Geng’ promo.

The prestigious bank launched the dynamic deposit mobilization campaign on May 8, 2024, aimed at rewarding and appreciating over 7 million valued customers and is set to run from May to July 2024.

Head of Consumer Products Promotion at Ecobank Ghana, William Danso-Abeam, said the campaign will feature a range of exciting rewards and incentives, with participants standing a chance to win fuel vouchers, gift vouchers, data packages, and weekly cash prizes.

"We are excited to introduce this campaign as a token of gratitude to our loyal customers. It's our way of giving back and expressing appreciation for their continued support," William Danso-Abeam said.

Participants are encouraged to deposit in multiples of GH¢500 and maintain the deposited amount for 7 days to qualify for the draw.

Additionally, customers must perform a minimum of 4 transactions on any of Ecobank's digital platforms, including the Mobile App, USSD, and Ecobank Online, to be eligible for the draw.

The promo will feature weekly draws and monthly grand draws, providing the opportunity for up to 10 customers to win GH¢20,000 each.

Agents of Xpress Points also stand a chance to win rewards by mobilizing deposits during the campaign period, with top Xpress Points being rewarded per the 5 Agents' Zone.

Group Head of Products and Acting Consumer Banking Head at Ecobank, Tara Squire, said the campaign will resonate with its customers and demonstrate the Bank’s commitment to providing innovative and rewarding experiences.

“We have a third party, the National Lottery Authority, working with us to ensure that everything is above board and the promo is credible and fair to our customers,” he told GhanaWeb Business in an interview.

Meanwhile, officials from the Caritas Lottery platform of the National Lottery Authority (NLA) have confirmed the legitimacy of the EMG Promo, ensuring its credibility and fairness.
