Ecobank Ghana has asked its customers to use the Online, Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD) and ATM for transactions following the failure of its mobile app
The bank said its mobile app is currently unavailable due to some technical challenges.
A message to the customers said: “Our mobile app is currently unavailable.
“Work is underway to restore the service.
“You can use Ecobank Online, USSD and ATM for your transactions. We apologise for the inconvenience.”
