Enterprise Group unveils new ultra-modern Office Development Advantage Place

Enterprise Group Limited has unveiled its new ultra-modern Office Development Advantage Place at a short ceremony in Accra.

The event which was held at the office location in Ridge was graced by Vice President Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia and the US secretary of commerce, Wilbur Ross.
Speaking at the opening of the $40 million ultra-modern office complex, Chief Executive Officer for Enterprise Group limited Keli Gadzekpo said the 12 story office will not only serve as Head office for the company but can become the home of forward thinking organizations and companies.

According to him, he was hopeful the “architectural masterpiece will serve the needs of organizations looking for a modern office space and the right environment to conduct businesses in peace and tranquility.”

On his part, the Vice president lauded the initiative by the company and called for acceptance and support.

“It is interesting to note that this first class building was constructed by indigenous companies here in Ghana. I have always believed in the Ghanaian, and that is why the Nana Akufo-Addo government has always insisted in local participation at every opportunity. The Enterprise Group is a perfect example of Ghanaian entrepreneurship at its best and since the company is listed on the Ghana stock exchange it means Ghanaians have an opportunity to participate in their success story.”

The newly inaugurated building can boast of 24-hour security, disabled access and a building management system that controls the buildings electronic and mechanical system for optimum output and efficiency. Its external features include a garden accent lighting, character wall and a general mix of hard and soft landscaping to provide a serene environment for work.

The building also provides parking for over 250 vehicles in its two story car park.

Enterprise Group is a financial services company which currently has five operating subsidiaries including Enterprise Insurance, Enterprise Life and Enterprise Trustees.
