Accra, Feb. 4, GNA - The GSE-All Share Index registered 10.83 points to close midweek trading up at 3,849.27 points from the previous 3,838.44 points.
Total shares traded fixed at 517,900 as against a low of 8,900 registered on Tuesday.
On the broader market, there were five appreciations with no decliners.
Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB) made 121 cedis going up again for the second time this week to 9,321 cedis, from a previous of 8,170 cedis. British American Tobacco went up by 40 cedis to close at 6,200 while Home Finance Company was 21 cedis richer to end trading at 4,521 cedis. The other gainers were Cocoa Processing Company, which made two cedis to close at 667 cedis and Guinness Ghana Limited and CFAO, which made five cedis and one cedi to close at 6,860 cedis and 76 cedis, respectively.
Market capitalisation was 13,364.01 billion cedis from 3,077.055 million issued shares.
Aluworks, however, managed to sell the highest number of shares - 331,200 at 4,000 cedis per share.
