Seventeen (17) loyal customers of GN Bank have been rewarded in a promotion draw christened; “GN Bank People’s Gift Promotion” in the northern parts of the country.

The winners of the draw won various prizes including, motorbikes, refrigerators, LED televisions and mobile phones.

Launching the draw in Tamale, General Corporate Manager, Banking, Mr. Henry Lamptey, said the draw, which was launched in November 19, 2015 at the Coconut Grove Regency Hotel in Accra, is aimed at rewarding loyal customers of the bank across the country.

He explained that the ongoing nationwide promo is for customers who deposit a minimum of GHC200 with any GN Bank branch.

That, he said, qualifies one to enter the promo.

Mr. Lamptey said “the bank will conduct four-mini draws across the country.

He went on to explain that his outfit has divided the country and its areas of operations into four zones.

These zones, he mentioned, are the Northern Zone which comprises Northern, Upper East and Upper West regions; whiles the Middle Zone is made up of Ashanti, Brong Ahafo and the northern part of Eastern regions with Greater Accra, Volta and Eastern regions making up the Southern Zone.

The last zone which is the Southern Western Zone consists of Western and Central regions.

He disclosed that the final draw for the promo has been slated for May 18, 2016, and thus urged customers to take advantage of the promotion to win mouth-watering prizes.

The winner of the Northern Zone draw, Mr. Iddrisu Seidu, from Gushegu, took home a brand new motorcycle, whiles the first runner-up, Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim, from Yendi, took home a generator, with the second runner-up from Wulensi, Mr. Abu Abdul Karim, winning a refrigerator and other remaining winners having LED TVs and mobile phones as their prizes.

Northern Zonal Manager of GN Bank, Mr. Seth Amegago, noted that the promotion would further increase the cliental base in the northern zone, adding that “GN Bank is truly the People’s Bank.”

Mr. Amegago revealed that their cliental base has increased due to the people-centred products of the bank, adding that their products and services are incomparable to the other financial institutions.

Speaking to journalists after the draw, the winner, Mr. Iddrisu Seidu, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to GN Bank and pledged his commitment to continue to be a loyal customer.

He also urged Ghanaians to open accounts with GN Bank immediately, reiterating that the “bank is for the people.”

Meanwhile, the GN Bank ‘People’s Gift promotion’ mini draws have so far been held in Accra, Kumasi and Cape Coast.
