GN Bank, an indigenous financial institution owned by Group Ndoum, on Tuesday rewarded some of its loyal customers from the Upper East, Upper West and Northern Region, as means of attracting more customers to the bank.
Dr Papa Kwesi Ndoum, President of Group Ndoum, speaking at the customer appreciation day in Tamale and the launch of enhanced savings products in the region, observed that GN Bank had come to stay and would venture into areas where other banks would not go.
He said GN bank was a friendly bank for Ghanaians and assured that every effort would be made to ensure that those who saved with the bank reaped the necessary benefits, and appealed to customers who borrowed from the bank to repay promptly.
He announced that the bank had rolled in new products such as ‘Susu’, ‘Wodaakye’ and kiddy account and that a one thousand-Ghana-Cedi life insurance cover had also been set aside for all customers.
He advised the public to cultivate the habit of saving with the Bank for maximum returns on their investments, adding that the confidence and trust of the public in saving with the bank had led to the establishment of 117 branches throughout the country, to ensure the welfare of the contributors to improve their living conditions.
He said to appreciate the efforts to its customers, management every year organized events that involved its customers for interaction, to know their problems and to seek advice from them on how to improve on customer relations.
The prizes included standing fans, LCD TV sets, electronic decoders and other equipment, to serve as motivation to enable the customers to continue to transact business with the bank.
