GSE All-Share index up in dull trading

Accra, March 26, GNA - The GSE All-Share index, the benchmark measure, inched up by 0.47 points in dull trading on Monday to close at 5,073.22 points from 5,072.75 points during the previous trading. Shares that changed hands slumped to 72,700 from 27,583,000 when CAL Bank Ghana Limited registered bulk sale of 26,892,500. Change for the year inched up at 1.34 per cent.

On the broader market, there were three price changes, all positive.

CAL Bank once again led the pack with 15 cedis at 2,290 cedis. SG-SSB gained two cedis at 6,304 cedis and Ecobank Ghana was one cedi better at 14,026 cedis.

Market capitalization closed higher at 112,899.75 billion cedis from Friday's 112,896.95 billion cedis.
