GSE All-Shares Index made marginal gain

Accra, June 11, GNA- The GSE All-Share Index of the Accra bourse ended the week's trading on Friday with a marginal gain of 11.81 points. The index, went up to close at 6,936.37 points as against the previous close at 6,924.56 points on Wednesday.

Total shares traded fell heavily at 249,900 shares from 568,200 shares recorded on Wednesday.

On the broader market, there were eight positive price changes. Unilever Ghana Limited (UNIL) gained 315 cedis to close at 21,000 cedis; SG-SSB went up by 50 cedis at 31,550 cedis; Clydstone (CLYD) was up 35 cedis at 700 cedis; Accra Brewery Limited (ABL) and Camelot (CMLT) each gained 10 cedis to close at 1,000 cedis and 760 cedis respectively. Guinness Ghana limited (GGL) went up four cedis at 12,130 cedis; Cocoa Processing Company (CPC) gained three cedis at 1,765 cedis and CFAO was up one cedi at 107 cedis.

Market Capitalisation was up at 96,660.96 billion cedis from 96,624.68 billion cedis at the previous close.
