Ghana Commercial Bank sustains Accra bourse

Accra, Dec. 15, GNA - A six-cedi gain by the Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB) on the Ghana Stock Exchange during Wednesday's trading nudged up the main stock index, the GSE All-Share Index, by 0.62 points. The GSE All-Share Index ended trading at 6,779.09 from Monday's 6,778.47 points.

Total number of shares traded was 841,10 out of which GCB sold 63,100.

Change for the year was up at 90.78 per cent while market capitalisation ended at 96,945.93 billion cedis. The GCB's six-cedi gain at 10,075 cedis was the only change on the broader market.
