Ghana will need 5.6 billion dollars to implement the Sustainable Energy Master plan by the year 2030.
450 million will be required annually to achieve the objective of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) seven which aims at providing affordable, reliable and sustainable energy within the stipulated time.
Project Coordinator with the Energy Commission, Ebenezer Ashie announced this at a program by the Alliance of Civil Society Organisations for Clean Energy Access, in Accra.
The event aims at accessing the contributions of civil society organizations in renewable energy in achieving SDG seven.
