Empire Protocol, of the Empire Group of Companies, has been selected by Denmark based Creative Business Network to offer entrepreneurs in Ghana an expansive opportunity at the global stage.

Within their mandate as one of over 52 National Partners representing countries all over the globe, Empire Protocol will host the 2019 Creative Business Cup–Ghana (CBC-Gh).

Empire’s mission is for CBC-Gh to be the nation’s centre for creativity, focused on innovation, ideation, and sustainable engagement of the entrepreneurial community.

This platform capitalizes on the huge potential of Ghana’s creative ecosystem in order to prepare entrepreneurs to compete nationally and regionally to represent Ghana at the “Olympic games” of the creative industry – the Global Creative Business Cup Competition.

Following the invitation to partner the initiative, and in a gesture of solidarity for innovative entrepreneurship, the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Plan (NEIP) under the umbrella initiative of the Ministry of Business Development of the Republic of Ghana, has endorsed the CBC-Gh and will play a key role in offering feedback and strategic guidance to participating entrepreneurs.

The CBC-Gh competition will commence registration of participants on Friday, February 1, 2019 via their online portal at www.creativebusinesscupgh.com.

The experience is open to both collective and independent creative entrepreneurs (established and emerging) and creative industry advocates from all sectors who seek professional development and opportunities to
network and pitch to investors on a global platform.

Details of the participation criteria will be published on the website and across various digital and offline platforms.

The screening, selection of finalist and the training sessions will all take place in the weeks leading to the national finals, slated for March 23, 2019. The main stage event will be televised through partnership with GHOne Television and covered by supporting media networks.

Among the anticipated attendees for the national finals are the Creative Business Network representatives (Global & Regional), Angel Investors, Ministers and delegates of respective industries, professionals, artisans and other stakeholders of the competition.
