The four-day conference, where about 200 business delegates from West Africa and the United States are expected to participate will proceed in Accra from February 23-26.

Speaking at a press briefing, the executive director of African Connections, Dr Ayesha Hakeem, described the conference as an event to seek and promote trade relationships between the United States and West Africa.

She indicated that the events would introduce entrepreneurs to new international markets and will also offer participants the opportunity to exhibit their goods and market services to promote African trade.
