The leading oil marketing company in the country, GOIL says it is giving the opportunity to dealers of its products to be shareholders of the company by buying shares of GOIL.

This, according to the Chief Operating Officer of GOIL, Alex Adzew will encourage the dealers to give off their best as well as exhibit a higher sense of responsibility to their duties.

Alex Adzew disclosed this at GOIL’s national sales conference in Accra for the southern zone.

Alex Adzew believes when the dealers are made part of the company, their performance levels will increase.

“We strongly believe they will be motivated to work because they know that they can work hard to put the company on a very high pedestal and in doing so the profit will still get back to them and they will be very happy with the company itself,” he said.

The sales conference is aimed at formulating marketing strategies to achieve GOIL’s 2017 corporate goals through the use of marketing.

It is also to afford GOIL the opportunity to review its performance for the year 2016 and chart a course for the year 2017.
