Top management personnel of Groupe Nduom commenced a meeting on Wednesday July 20 2016, to consider results posted during the first half of the year.
The session will also enable management to consider available opportunities and challenges during the second half of the year.
As this is an election year, management will make plans to deal with anticipated downturn in demand, poor liquidity and low spending by domestic and foreign investors.
The meeting will be held at the Coconut Grove Beach Resort in Elmina, Central Region and end on Sunday July 24th, 2016. At its strategy meeting in Elmina early this year, Groupe Nduom directors charged the over 50 subsidiaries to consider 2016 as the year of maximum sale of products and services.
At a similar meeting held at the Coconut Grove Regency Hotel to review their first quarter performance, Managers shared with colleagues and directors how far they have carried the Groupe’s Sales agenda.
Like the previous meeting, Groupe management members are expected to make presentations on how far their sales strategies have worked; how they have overcome their challenges,( as the case may be for those who could not meet their first quarter targets); and present practical solutions that will overcome any such challenges this year.
Part of the year’s business agenda is to ensure that management improve’s performance to beat last year’s results. That target in the estimation of Groupe Nduom directors, can only be achieved through a consistent sales strategy.
Notwithstanding the economic difficulties that confront the country, Groupe Nduom is continuously investing and demonstrating its confidence in the Ghanaian economy.
