Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited, one of Ghana’s beverage companies, in line with its commitment to delight consumers is giving away a total of 2.5 million Ghana Cedis to celebrate the value of Ghana’s 62 years of independence.
Speaking at the official launch of the promotion dubbed ‘1759 celebrates 1957’ in Accra, the Marketing Manager of Guinness Ghana Limited, Lesego Lebogang Mohale noted that, aside the cash prizes for the promo, the company would also be giving out 620,000 free Guinness as well as has half a million of airtime on all telecommunications network.
Lesego Lebogang Mohale said “We are actually giving away 2.5 million cedis worth of prizes and how that is broken down to really celebrate the 62 years of independence is, the first layer is, we are going to give our Ghanaian consumers a share of a million cedis that they can win and this money is going to be won instantly. On top of that, we are going to give away half a million in airtime across all the telcos"
The promo, which started today, March 1, will end on June 30, 2019 and it aims at celebrating both Ghana’s independence and Guinness drinkers in grand style.
The Marketing Manager of Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited revealed that, anyone who consumes Guinness on March 6, 2019 automatically wins a prize thereby, notifying all Guinness lovers to be on guard that day.
