L’AINE Services Limited, a Human Resource (HR) Consultancy firm, has reiterated its commitment to providing excellent and innovative HR solutions to Ghana, hinging on its three-prong areas; people, innovation and technology.
Dr Mrs Ellen Hagan, Founder and Director of L’AINE Services, said this at the launch of the firm’s 25th-anniversary celebration in Accra on Wednesday.
In a speech, Dr Hagan explained that L’AlNE's vision was to transform every life and business they came across.
She said the vision has been realized by finding the right staff who understood the specific business needs and were willing to go the extra mile.
She added that, L’AINE has transformed businesses through its wonderful innovations and state of the art technologies that have ensured the seamless flow of businesses.
Reverend Prosper Asamoah, Board Chairman of L’AlNE Services Limited, who launched the 25th Anniversary Celebrations, said it was important for businesses to put in place the right systems and also create a safe environment for employees to be productive.
He challenged business leaders to empower employees to be able to perform at their optimum.
Rev. Asamoah noted that the unavailability of jobs to cater for the large number of students who graduated from the tertiary institutions was a matter of serious concern, which needed to be addressed.
He said that entrepreneurship was the way forward and therefore called on all stakeholders and corporate partners to support L’AlNE Services in achieving its vision of developing entrepreneurs in the country through the L'AlNE Foundation.
He outlined the leadership’s vision to encourage the enthusiastic participation of staff in achieving the vision and mission of L’AINE and to ensure that clients receive the maximum support to make their organisations thrive.
