Founder of Movement for Change, Alan Kyerematen, has promised to create three million jobs for the youth through a unique initiative called Operation Own Your Business if elected President in the December 7 polls.

He will achieve this by providing financial support from the government to all graduates.

Furthermore, he stated that every Senior High School graduate would join a Compulsory Apprenticeship and Training Programme to receive skills training for at least six months before graduation.

Additionally, in a Facebook post, he mentioned that he would offer free Military, Police, and Security service training for all graduates who opt to be part of Ghana's Security Reserves.

According to him, these policies, outlined in his Great Transformational Plan, will provide jobs and cash for Ghanaians in an enterprise economy.
