Accra, Aug. 4, GNA - The Ghana Stock Exchange witnessed another run of good performance on Wednesday, thanks to an impressive share price performance.
The GSE All-Share Index, the benchmark measure, surged 77.91 points, thanks to a 10,000-cedi gain by Standard Chartered Bank (SCB).
The Change Year to Date stands at 103.99 per cent. Traded volumes traded fell to close at 525,200 shares from 2.7 registered on Monday.
SCB gained 10,000 cedis to end trading at 120,000 cedis, Fan Milk (FML) was richer by 300 cedis at 9,300 cedis, Clydstone went up by 150 cedis at 1,450 cedis and Accra Brewery Limited was up 51 cedis at 1,451 cedis.
Market capitalisation was also better at 97,582.99 billion cedis from 97,383.28 billion cedis.
