Jungheinrich launches forklift trucks in Ghana

Tema, May 21, GNA - Mr Henry Lyne, Managing Director of Pasico Ghana Limited, German manufacturers of forklift trucks, on Friday praised Ghana for creating an enabling environment for business to thrive. Speaking to newsmen at the launching of the company's products at Tema on Friday, he was optimistic that the current business environmental stability gives Ghana a brighter future for business growth. He hoped the sustenance of the prevailing conditions would attract more investors into the country.

All stakeholders, who use forklift in their operations, attended the launching ceremony.

He said the German company, which is a family pool has a wide range of forklifts capable of carrying heavy duty loads and items, has reliable servicing workshops, while spare parts are readily available in the country.

Mr E. R. M. Lyne, Executive Chairman of the company entreated the business community to patronise the products as it's widely known in about 100 countries, saying that spare parts for the products are common in Tema, Takoradi and Accra.

Most participants expressed the desire to procure some to help increase their companies' production.

Some of the products are proportional hydraulics, ergonomic handle head, crawl speed button, high rack stacker, electric sideways seat stacker, electric pedestrian operated stacker, and horizontal order picker.
