KRIF Ghana Limited, which deals in top quality German stationery and office equipment in Ghana, has declared the month of November as ‘customer experience month’.

This forms part of an array of activities to celebrate, and to climax its 32-year existence and doing business with world class brands.

The initiative, the first of its kind, has the purpose of rewarding customer loyalty and maintaining relationships, as well as, creating new ones among the Ghanaian public.

The Executive Chairman of Krif Ghana Limited, Reverend Kennedy Okuson, at a media launch, explained the goodwill message as responsiveness to customers who have continued to do business with the company over the years, and to spur many more members of the public to visit any Krif outlet nation-wide, to receive special treatment.

“This month, Krif Ghana Limited wishes to recognise all discerning customers such as the most loyal, most frequent, and most dedicated, who want value for money and have continuously patronised world class brands from Krif.”

Components of the customer experience month include: customer of the week for the 4-weeks in November; hence, 4 lucky loyalists will be rewarded based on the value of their purchase and the winners will be published in the newspapers.

Secondly, at the end of the month of November, one loyalist will emerge the overall customer of the month based on the cumulative purchases that the customer has made over the promotion period.

Also, there will be weekly offers at Krif outlets on rotational basis, drawing from the top-quality brands in stock.

Another component is that there will be gifts in all Krif shops across the country which will be given to anyone who makes a purchase irrespective of the value of the product.

Finally, the curtains will be drawn on the ‘customer experience month’ with an ‘awards night’ event to celebrate and appreciate loyal customers, increase the bond with customers and also, create new relationships.”
