Krone Products Enter Market

NTS Telecomm has introduced Krone GMBH and its telecommunications products onto the Ghanaian market.

Krone is a multinational corporation based in Germany and known for its leadership in the telecommunications products market.

Some of the products are LSA PLUS NT, Back-Mount frames, Fibre Plus and Outdoor Cabinets.

These are products used by public telecommunications companies such as Ghana Telecom and Westel to install their networks.

Mr John Williamson, Export Sales Executive for Africa and Middle East Region of Krone Communications, who launched the products, said the company, founded in 1928 in Berlin, is a worldwide leading system suppler for telecommunications and data networks.

He said Krone offers a wide range of products and services in interconnection and distribution systems for copper and fibre optic networks and are used from network planning to initial operations.

Mr Williamson said the company has gone into new partnership with US-based Gen Tek Group, and this has resulted in a well-rounded set of products.

Mr Oliver Buachie, Managing Director of NTS Telecom, local agents for Krone, said the NTS Telecom/Krone relationship is based firmly on the philosophy of quality that will be at the heart of every product or service delivered by the NTS Telecom in the market.

Mr Buachie called on all stakeholders in the telecommunications sector to embrace the message of "quality first' in everything they do in order to ensure long-term growth and development for the industry.
