MTN Ghana holds Customer Outreach Day

Employees and executives of the biggest telecommunications network, MTN Ghana has embarked on a Customer Outreach Program in Cape Coast in the Central Region as part of the celebration to mark the International Workers' Day.

The outreach compelled MTN Ghana Limited to move from their offices to render services to market women who scarcely visit their offices to provide information on MTN’s products and services, other services rendered include new registration for MTN Momo, simcard challenges, migration to MTN 4G etc.

They also used the opportunity to sell their new 4G phones which is very affordable but support all social media phlartforms like Facebook, Twitter, watsap etc and also solicited feedback on MTN Ghana’s operations, and helped address Customer’s needs.

Addressing pressmen present, MTN Regional Senior Manager for Western and Central Regions, Prince Owusu Nyarko revealed the move was to sell out MTN new products and services like their 4G connectivity, modems etc to customers.

He added the feedback from customers through the exercise will challenge MTN to continue to churn out innovative products and services that will delight Customers.

The outreach team was led by MTN executives in various teams who engaged customers from the Kotokuraba Market, the Abura Market etc.
