Accra, July 14, GNA - The management of MTN has re-opened its Nhyiaeso Office in Kumasi for normal business following an amicable resolution of the situation with the Kumasi Metropolitan Authority (KMA).
A statement issued in Accra on Wednesday said, the situation with the KMA was an industry issue, which the Telecoms Chamber was addressing on behalf of all affected operators.
"MTN subscribers in Kumasi seeking to do business with MTN as well as subscribers seeking to port to the MTN network should feel free to visit the MTN Office to have their requests attended to," it added.
The statement said 93MTN Ghana has always fulfilled its obligations and remains committed to complying with all regulations as well as partnering with all stakeholders, including KMA, to bring world class telecommunication services to subscribers and development in the country."
