Oyarifa Mall, the latest addition to retail service centres in Accra is set to open by April 2020 to serve the rapidly growing middle-class suburbs of Oyarifa, Adenta, Frafraha, Ayimensa, Damfa and its environs.
The new Mall which will be the first and only formal, organized commercial retail space in the area and will provide a strong selection of retailers across various categories including grocery stores, lifestyle and fashion outlets.
Located off the N4 Highway near the Accra-Aburi intersection, the Oyarifa Mall is being developed by Oyarifa Development and will cover over 10,000 square meters. The mall’s Food and Beverage areas will feature a wide variety of restaurants, cafes and quick-service food concepts while the Lifestyle area will welcome retailers featuring fashion, apparel, footwear and accessories to provide customers with a strong variety of popular African and premium brands.
