Project Management Experts (PME), specialists in business consulting, will on February 13, 20 and 27, 2016, provide business proposal writing solutions to the corporate community and Ghanaian businesses at the Airport View Hotel.

The training is geared towards equipping participants with the requisite skills to gain mastery in business plan and proposal writing in diverse business industries.

PME, as part of this training workshop will prepare participants on how to convert their business ideas/concepts into fundable projects and also groom them in persuasive business writing. The training which will be facilitated by experts, who have evaluated thousands of winning proposals and have decades of project management experience in various fields like construction, agriculture, mining, telecommunication, technology and many other fields, promises to address genuine challenges people face in selling their ideas to prospective clients/donors.

Previously, PME organized trainings on writing winning business proposals for corporate individuals in Ghana, which was acclaimed by participants as being very insightful. “We have had a request from corporate individuals who are usually busy during the weekdays to organize one on weekends only,” said Mr. Joseph Baidoo-Williams, a Director at PME.

“This training is to equip entrepreneurs, business startups, business persons, NGOs, C level managers, project leaders, and other project officers with the appropriate skills to be able to write great proposals that can be funded,” he added. “Writing proposals can be made easy if you learn the core elements/dynamics and apply it correctly to suit what the funding agency wants,” said the Director.

Over the years key PME personnel have provided clients with project management services from initiation through planning, implementation, monitoring and control to project closure, across the African continent. Participants of the upcoming training, will master how to write winning project proposals and business plans, acquire help to develop ideas into fundable projects, by receiving first- hand information from experienced Project Managers with over 20 years of experience.
