TECNO is ‘Most Customer Trusted Brand of the Year 2011 to 2012’

Ghana’s leading mobile phone brand TECNO, has been awarded the ‘Most Customer Trusted Brand of the Year 2011/2012’.

At the just ended Corporate Ghana Customer Service awards which formed part of the Ghana Customer Service Week, the mobile phone powerhouse came up for mentioning as the most preferred brand most consumers in Ghana would want to be associated with.

The awards, which seeks to imbibe a national culture of excellence in individuals as well as corporate entities, comes at a time when TECNO commands a substantial share of the local mobile phone wholesale and retail market.

A successful story by all standards, TECNO since its arrival in Ghana about four years ago, has spearheaded an enormous growth of local enterprise in that sector, and proven to be a useful provider of tailor-made and cutting edge products, designed for both low and high income earners.
